Mike Allen PT ATC CSCS
Director of Physical Therapy

Mike joined the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in 1995 shortly after receiving his master's degree in physical therapy from Wichita State University. As a former All-American football player from Fort Hays State University, Mike understands the value of quality rehabilitation, strength and conditioning. He has worked with thousands of athletes at all levels and in all sports. Mike received his Athletic Training Certification while working with the Denver Broncos and he has been a member of the Colorado Rockies medical staff since 2000. Mike is dedicated to excellence and has pursued post-graduate education in the following areas:
  • Certified Active Release Techniques
  • Spinal Manipulation
  • Strength and Conditioning Specialist - NSCA
  • Physio-ball training
  • Advanced strengthening techniques for the overhead athlete

Jason McWilliams ATC
Head athletic trainer

Jason received a B.S. in physical education and teaching from Eastern Illinois University and a M.S. in kinesiology from the University of Illinois. He joined the Steadman Hawkins team in 2000 and is currently working with the Denver Broncos providing game day athletic training coverage. In addition, Jason is the primary rehabilitation provider for the Colorado Rockies minor league system. Jason provides a wealth of knowledge and experience working with athletes at all levels.


Francis Salud PT ATC
Physical therapist

Francis has been working with the Steadman Hawkins Denver Clinic since 2003. In 1998, He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.A. in Kinesiology and began working as a student athletic trainer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2002 Francis graduated with a Masters in physical therapy and then received his Doctorate in physical therapy in 2003. He is currently pursuing a certification in the Mulligan Joint Mobilization Techniques.


Michael Harmon PT
Physical therapist

Michael, a native of Delaware, graduated from the College of William & Mary and received his masters in physical therapy from the University of Delaware in 2000. Michael enjoys skiing, hiking and biking. Michael brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our clinic and has undergone left shoulder surgery after a skiing accident in 2005.


Brianna Lancaster PT
Physical therapist

Brianna is a Denver native. She graduated from Highlands Ranch High School and Mesa State College where she played varsity soccer. Brianna gained first hand experience with SHCD physical therapy after tearing her ACL. She joined the SHCD after completing her masters in physical therapy from the University of Colorado. Brianna has a strong interest in pilates and is working toward certification.


Justin Rossetter PT ATC
Physical therapist

Justin is a recent addition to Steadman Hawkins. He comes with a wealth of experience dealing with athletes and active individuals at all levels. During his education at the University of Indianapolis, he received a B.S. in athletic training and was an athletic training intern with the Indianapolis Colts. He later received his M.S. in physical therapy from the University of Colorado. He enjoys hiking, skiing, and snowboarding.

Leslie McCracken PT
Physical Therapist

Leslie graduated from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada with a B.S in Biology and later received her M.S. in physical therapy from the University of Colorado. Leslie's interests in physical therapy include treating the shoulder, knee, and using mat pilates for core stabilization. She enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and pilates.


Meredith King ATC
Athletic Trainer

Meredith received a B.S. in kinesiology from Georgia Southern University and a M.S. in exercise science from the University of Arkansas. A native of Atlanta, GA, Meredith has been at the clinic since 2003. She splits her time working at the clinic and as an athletic trainer at Ponderosa High School.


Osama "Sam" Kassab ATC
Athletic trainer

Sam received a B.A. in human performance and wellness from Mesa State College and a M.S. in heath and exercise from Colorado State University. He has developed his training and rehabilitation skills from his experience working with the University of Denver hockey team and the Colorado State football team. Sam has a strong interest in performance training and conditioning and is working toward certification in this field.
