 Seth Simon Bitting, M.D.
Born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada, Dr. Bitting competed as a national level gymnast throughout high school and also while
obtaining his B.Sc. at York University in Toronto. He excelled academically and athletically; receiving scholarships in the
classroom and winning multiple individual and team medals as a member of the varsity gymnastics team.
After a knee injury exposed him to orthopaedic surgery, and also ended his gymnastics career; he decided to study medicine at
the University of Toronto. During his Orthopaedic Surgery residency in Calgary, Alberta he received multiple awards for his
research which examined the effects of NSAIDs on ligament healing. Dr. Bitting comes to Denver after completing a fellowship in
Shoulder and Elbow surgery in Sydney, Australia.
Dr. Bitting has had a successful triathlon career which has included 4th place finishes at Ironman Canada as well as the
Ultraman World Championships in Hawaii. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, cross country skiing, mountain biking and
coaching other triathletes.

 Robert Michael Williams, M.D.
Dr. Williams was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate
education, where he graduated cum laude with a bachelors of science in psychology. His interest in orthopaedics was fueled by
his bench research, which resulted in a publication in Arthritis and Rheumatism. Dr. Williams received his medical degree from
the University of Michigan Medical School where he gained additional research experience and published his work in Injury. Dr.
Williams then attended Wayne State University for his orthopaedic surgery residency. During this time, his research utilized a
cadaveric model of the upper limb and resulted in a presentation at the Mid-America Orthopaedic Association in April, 2005.
Outside of clinical medicine and research, Dr. Williams enjoys golf, basketball, and spending time with his family. His wife,
Jennifer is an Ob/Gyn here in Denver. They have two children, Jack and Luke.
