Mike Allen, MSPT, ATC, CSCS

Mike Allen, MSPT, ATC, CSCS
Director of Physical Therapy

Mike joined the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in 1995 shortly after receiving his master’s degree in physical therapy from Wichita State University. As a former All-American football player from Fort Hays State University, Mike understands the value of quality rehabilitation, strength, and conditioning. He has worked with thousands of athletes at all levels and in all sports. Mike received his Athletic Training Certification while working with the Denver Broncos and he has been a member of the Colorado Rockies medical staff since 2000. Mike is dedicated to excellence and has pursued post-graduate education in the following areas:

  • Certified Active Release Techniques
  • Spinal Manipulation
  • Strength and conditioning Specialist- NSCA
  • Physio-ball training
  • Advanced Strengthening techniques for the overhead athlete

Jason McWilliams, MS, ATC

Jason McWilliams, MS, ATC
Head Athletic Trainer

Jason received a B.S. in Physical Education and Athletic Training from Eastern Illinois University and a M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois. He joined the Steadman Hawkins team in 2000. Jason has been the primary rehabilitation provider for the Colorado Rockies minor league system since 2004. In addition, Jason has worked with the Denver Broncos providing game day athletic training coverage from 2005-2008. Jason has also been an Athletic Trainer for the ESPN Winter X Games in 2011 & 2012 and the ESPN Summer X Games in 2011.  Jason also volunteers with the Rocky Mountain Athletic Trainers’ Association and is the Vice-President for the Colorado Athletic Trainers’ Association. Jason provides a wealth of knowledge and experience working with athletes at all levels.

Brianna Lancaster, MSPT

Brianna Lancaster, MSPT

Brianna is a Denver native. She graduated from Highlands Ranch High School and Mesa State College where she played varsity soccer. Brianna gained first hand experience with SHCD physical therapy after tearing her ACL. She joined the SHCD after completing her masters in physical therapy from the University of Colorado.

Justin Rossetter, MSPT, ATC

Justin Rossetter, MSPT, ATC

Justin has been with SHCD since 2005. He comes with past experience dealing with athletes and active individuals at all levels. During his education at the University of Indianapolis, he received a B.S. in athletic training and was an athletic training intern with the Indianapolis Colts. He later received his M.S. in physical therapy from the University of Colorado. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding.

Lise Stolze, MSPT

Lise earned her Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree in 1993 and is currently working toward her Doctor of Science (DSc) degree in orthopedics. She is a principal educator for Polestar Pilates, certified in the Gyrotonic® Expansion System, and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Condition Association. She began working with Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver in 2007.

Mark Zaccone, ATC

Mark Zaccone, ATC

Mark is a native of Ohio, who obtained his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Cincinnati. After an internship with the Colorado Rapids in 2004, he moved to Denver and began working for Regis Jesuit High School as an Athletic Trainer. Mark has been a valued member of the Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver's Physical Therapy team since 2007, working with patients in the clinic as well as providing medical coverage in the Denver community. Most recently, he has worked with the Denver Barbarians rugby club and as an Athletic Trainer for the ESPN Winter X Games 15 in Aspen, Colorado.

Nick Houkal, PTA

Nick is a graduate of Arapahoe Community College where he earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Nick gained valuable rehabilitation principles when he was in physical therapy for his own knee and elbow injuries. Nick has been with Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver since 2007.

Sarah Hyslop, MPT

Sarah, originally from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, joined  the Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver after a brief stint as a staff Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic.  She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Movement Science from the University of Evansville where she played varsity basketball.  She then went on to the University of Missouri and received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.  As part of her school rotation, Sarah spent time as a student here at SHCD. She enjoys progressing patients and athletes through the rehabilitation process. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities such as: skiing, mountian biking, rock climbing, and basketball.

Lisa Redavid, DPT

Lisa,  a former PT student here at the clinic, joins us from Long Island, New York. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology and her Doctrate in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University. Upon graduation she stayed on the East coast and worked for Australian Physiotherapy Centers before returning to SHCD. She specializes in spine and sports injuries. She is an American Academy of Orthopedics Manual Physical Therapist Member. Lisa also enjoys running, swimming, and snowboarding for fun.

Megan Williams, ATC, DPT

Megan joined the SHCD clinic after growing up in Massachusetts and obtaining her Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Michigan and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. At the University of Michigan, Megan did internships with football, hockey, basketball, baseball, and gymnastics. Her work interests include: sports medicine, extrmity rehabilitation, and injury prevention and wellness. Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys: skiing, hiking, cycling, running, and walking her dogs

Kelsey is a Nebraska native and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS, where she played varsity softball and ran on the cross country and track teams. She went on receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Kelsey’s work interests include orthopedic injury rehabilitation and prevention, and returning people to their athletic activities and hobbies. Outside of work Kelsey enjoys all Colorado has to offer, including running, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, and wakeboarding.

Beth Calder. R.D., DPT

Beth is originally from Williamsport, PA. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Cornell University where she played varsity lacrosse. Beth went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University. Beth’s work interests include rehabilitation of all orthopedic injuries and helping people return to their athletic pursuits. Beth is also a Registered Dietitian and has a strong interest in health, wellness and injury prevention. Beth enjoys running, playing lacrosse, snowboarding and wakeboarding.

 

 Jonathan "JD" Newberry, DPT

 JD, originally from Illinois, earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Illinois State University. Drawn to the splendor and lifestyle that only Colorado offers he made the move to the Rockies, obtaining his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University. He comes with experience working with individuals across the lifespan ranging from 2 months to 104 years young. He is excited to be a member of the Steadman Hawkins team as he values the relationships created and providing therapy centered on guiding patients through therapy and returning them to their highest level of performance and their active lifestyle. JD is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Orthopedic Section of the APTA. His additional passions include being an avid outdoor enthusiast and he especially enjoys ROAD CYCLING, swimming, rock climbing, slack lining, hiking and skate skiing.

Occupational Therapist & Certified Hand Therapist
 
Kristi is originally from Kansas, where she attended Kansas State University then Newman University where she graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She is also a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). She has had the opportunity to specialize in conditions and injuries involving the hand and upper extremity throughout the Colorado Springs and Denver area.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, skiing, volleyball, and martial arts.

Our sports performance team has years of experience in training athletes of all ages and levels of competition. They specialize in safe training methods that stress keeping athletes healthy while maximizing their performance. They work in conjunction with the rest of our staff to ensure that goals are met.

Loren Landow, CSCS, USAW
Director of Performance Enhancement

Loren Landow, CSCS, USAWLoren received his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology- Emphasis in Exercise Physiology-University of Northern Colorado. He also has certifications in Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist,Resistance Training Specialist-Mastery level (currently),NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist,USAW Certified Coach,National Academy of Sports Medicine: Advanced level trainer, American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals: Essentials of Post Rehabilitation,CPR /First Aid Certified.

Coach Landow has trained over hundreds of athletes in numerous sports to maximize their athletic potential while reducing their risk of injury. He has successfully trained over 200 professional athletes, including 17 NFL All-Pros. Coach Landow has trained the USA U-19 Rugby National Team, over 60 nationally and internationally ranked high school and collegiate tennis players, Olympians and many other athletes in the NHL, MLB, MLS, and NCAA. In addition, Coach Landow serves as a consultant for several professional organizations. Most importantly, Landow is highly sought after for his ability to analyze and correct biomechanics. He is a certified Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist, utilizing soft tissue massage techniques to correct imbalances and enhance muscle regeneration. Through his various innovative methods Coach Landow has made dramatic improvements in an athlete’s speed, power, agility, coordination, and balance. In addition, Coach Landow serves on the S.P.E.E.D. advisory counsel, a position reserved for the top performance coaches in the country. Coach Landow is also a nationwide presenter and speaker for the leading associations in the performance industry.

Kevin O’Donnell, CSCS, USAW

Kevin O’Donnell, CSCS, USAW

Kevin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado and has several certifications including NSCA- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM- Corrective Exercise Specialist, Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist, USA Weightlifting Certified Coach, and is CPR/First Aid Certified.

Kevin comes with years of experience in the field of sports performance. He has trained hundreds of professional and elite amateur athletes in numerous sports to maximize their rehabilitation, improve their athletic performance, and reduce their risk of injury. Kevin has worked with players from several major league baseball teams, players from the NFL and arena football leagues, USA Olympic developmental skiers, a racquetball world champion, and the Denver Outlaws of the professional outdoor lacrosse league.Kevin O’Donnell is certified in muscle activation techniques as well as corrective exercise prescription, and is highly skilled in his ability to identify muscle imbalances and correct improper biomechanics.

Eric Telly, B.S., CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Eric Telly is a California native, who recieved his Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance with an emphasis in Adult Fitness and Exercise Science from Metropolition State College of Denver in 2010. Prior to joing the Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver, he spent 3 and a half years as a Command Fitness Leader in the U.S. Navy and 2 years as a personal trainer on the Metro State campus. He enjoys working with a variety of athletes from diverse sporting backgrounds. He also appreciates seeing his athletes progress through the training process. Eric is married and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Maria and their son, Eusebio.

Rebeccah Sims, B.S., CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Rebeccah joined the Sports Perfromance team at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver in 2011 after graduating from Mount Olive College in North Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology (Summa Cum Laude). and spending time as an intern with the National Strength & Conditioning Association. The Sao Paulo, Brazil native also spent time as a student Athletic Trainer at North Greenville University, as a Fitness & Wellness Coach at Mount Olive College, and as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Mount Olive Soccer team. Rebeccah works with athletes using trunk training for injury prevention and optimum performance and also likes coaching athletes in power/explosive movement sports. She also uses sports nutrition to enhance performance. Her outside interests include soccer, ju-jitsu, working out, ball room and various other types of dancing, gourmet cooking, playing the violin and spending time with her husband.

Ben Norwood, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT

Ben joined the Steadman Hawkins Denver Clinic Sports Performance team in 2011. He is pursuing his Bachelor's Degree at Metro State College in Denver. Ben has spent 4 years as a personal trainer and sports performance coach. He was a Master Trainer in the 24 Hour Fitness system and spent one year as a SPARQ Team Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness as well. Ben trains a variety of people icluding those who are looking for injury prevention, explosive power, corrective exercises, trunk training, and all around sports performance. In his spare time Ben enjoys working out and spending time with his wife and five kids.

Masage Therapy

Anna Hall, L.M.T.

Anna Hall, a native of Colorado, provides massage therapy for the Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver. She has a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University and a license to practice massage through the Oregon and Colorado Board of Massage Therapists; as well as a National license. Anna has been in practice for five years; with initial training from Oregon School of Massage and concentration in sports specific, deep tissue and orthopedic training.  She has attended many strong continuing education classes such as KinesioTape, Sports Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, etc.  Her professional experiences include but not limited to working at the Prefontaine Classic and the 2008 USA Track and Field Olympic Trials both the 2010 USA Curling Olympic Trials and 2011 Women’s Curling World Championships.  On a more regular basis she works with numerous athletes as well as the general public.  Her goal of her practice is to help athletes achieve their optimal level of performance during and after training.  If you are not an athlete, her goal is to help maintain good physical health.  Her overall objective to what I do is simple, I want to help people feel and perform their best whether it is another day at work or the event of a lifetime.

Bunny Foxhoven, R.D.
Nutritionist
 
Bunny is a Registered Dietitian providing nutrition education to the Denver metro community for the past 17 years.  In her practice she engages in every aspect of human nutrition, including sports nutrition & athletic performance, Weight loss & maintenance, and disease prevention.  Bunny has been providing nutrition education and advice for the Steadman Hawkins Clientele for the past several years.  Her nutrition education programs focus on learning how to live a healthier life while incorporating the behavior modification & habit change, exercise, nutrition education, and emotional & mental awareness into the program. 
   
In addition she has published a book called “A Parents Guide to Sports Nutrition for Young Athletes.”  She has also given numerous lectures and seminars on Sports Nutrition as well as Nutrition for Overall Health.

Bunny is an avid road cyclist, mountain biker and loves running with her dog!  Bunny and her husband enjoy traveling around the world watching their two kids play soccer.

Dr. Shawn Caldwell, D.C.

Dr. Caldwell is not new to Steadman Hawkins, as team chiropractor for both the Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos; he has worked with Steadman-Hawkins doctors for over 9 years.  Dr. Caldwell has maintained a private practice in Wheat Ridge Colorado for 18 years, and along with professional sports teams, he works with the Colorado School of Mines and Daytona Prototype racing with Synergy racing. His patients are not limited to world class athletes; at his practice in Wheat Ridge he sees families, high school athletes, children, and geriatrics.
 
 Dr. Caldwell grew up in the Denver Metro area graduating form Pomona High School before attending Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado.  Dr. Caldwell graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta Georgia in 1987.  Dr. Caldwell and his wife Laura have four children, Davis, Jordan, Gunnar, and Brooke.
 
 
 
Dr. Katie Decker, D.C.

Dr. Decker is a Colorado Native. She grew up in Greenwood Village and attended Cherry Creek High School. She went on to play softball at Baylor University. After completing her undergraduate degree she stayed at Baylor to get her Masters Degree inn Health Promotion. Upon completion of her Masters Degree, she went on to Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. She was very involved at Cleveland with being the President of their chapters Student American Chiropractic Association and the Vice President of their Sports Council.
  
Dr. Decker is excited to combine her College Education and Chiropractic studies in providing her patients with the opportunity in achieving optimal health through the five dimensions of health: physical, mental, spiritual, intellectual and emotional.
 
She has her full body certification in Active Release Technique and thinks this is a vital component in keeping the musculoskeletal system in line. A.R.T. is a soft tissue system/movement that treats problems involving muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. It treats a variety of conditions, most of which are due to overuse. This overuse can be due to repetitive motions for a sport, job or due to posture. 
 
Being an avid athlete herself she enjoys helping athletes maintain or achieve their maximal performance level. This pertains to any athlete between the weekend warriors to professional athletes. She loves being back in Colorado after being gone for the past 10 years. She enjoys activities such as running, pure barre, yoga, skiing, hiking and golf.

Kristi is originally from Kansas, where she attended Kansas State University then Newman University where she graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She is also a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). She has had the opportunity to specialize in conditions and injuries involving the hand and upper extremity throughout the Colorado Springs and Denver area.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, skiing, volleyball, and martial arts.

Our sports performance team has years of experience in training athletes of all ages and levels of competition. They specialize in safe training methods that stress keeping athletes healthy while maximizing their performance. They work in conjunction with the rest of our staff to ensure that goals are met.

Loren Landow, CSCS, USAW
Director of Performance Enhancement

Loren Landow, CSCS, USAWLoren received his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology- Emphasis in Exercise Physiology-University of Northern Colorado. He also has certifications in Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist,Resistance Training Specialist-Mastery level (currently),NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist,USAW Certified Coach,National Academy of Sports Medicine: Advanced level trainer, American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals: Essentials of Post Rehabilitation,CPR /First Aid Certified.

Coach Landow has trained over hundreds of athletes in numerous sports to maximize their athletic potential while reducing their risk of injury. He has successfully trained over 200 professional athletes, including 17 NFL All-Pros. Coach Landow has trained the USA U-19 Rugby National Team, over 60 nationally and internationally ranked high school and collegiate tennis players, Olympians and many other athletes in the NHL, MLB, MLS, and NCAA. In addition, Coach Landow serves as a consultant for several professional organizations. Most importantly, Landow is highly sought after for his ability to analyze and correct biomechanics. He is a certified Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist, utilizing soft tissue massage techniques to correct imbalances and enhance muscle regeneration. Through his various innovative methods Coach Landow has made dramatic improvements in an athlete’s speed, power, agility, coordination, and balance. In addition, Coach Landow serves on the S.P.E.E.D. advisory counsel, a position reserved for the top performance coaches in the country. Coach Landow is also a nationwide presenter and speaker for the leading associations in the performance industry.

Kevin O’Donnell, CSCS, USAW

Kevin O’Donnell, CSCS, USAW

Kevin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado and has several certifications including NSCA- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM- Corrective Exercise Specialist, Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist, USA Weightlifting Certified Coach, and is CPR/First Aid Certified.

Kevin comes with years of experience in the field of sports performance. He has trained hundreds of professional and elite amateur athletes in numerous sports to maximize their rehabilitation, improve their athletic performance, and reduce their risk of injury. Kevin has worked with players from several major league baseball teams, players from the NFL and arena football leagues, USA Olympic developmental skiers, a racquetball world champion, and the Denver Outlaws of the professional outdoor lacrosse league.Kevin O’Donnell is certified in muscle activation techniques as well as corrective exercise prescription, and is highly skilled in his ability to identify muscle imbalances and correct improper biomechanics.

Eric Telly, B.S., CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Eric Telly is a California native, who recieved his Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance with an emphasis in Adult Fitness and Exercise Science from Metropolition State College of Denver in 2010. Prior to joing the Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver, he spent 3 and a half years as a Command Fitness Leader in the U.S. Navy and 2 years as a personal trainer on the Metro State campus. He enjoys working with a variety of athletes from diverse sporting backgrounds. He also appreciates seeing his athletes progress through the training process. Eric is married and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Maria and their son, Eusebio.

Rebeccah Sims, B.S., CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Rebeccah joined the Sports Perfromance team at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver in 2011 after graduating from Mount Olive College in North Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology (Summa Cum Laude). and spending time as an intern with the National Strength & Conditioning Association. The Sao Paulo, Brazil native also spent time as a student Athletic Trainer at North Greenville University, as a Fitness & Wellness Coach at Mount Olive College, and as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Mount Olive Soccer team. Rebeccah works with athletes using trunk training for injury prevention and optimum performance and also likes coaching athletes in power/explosive movement sports. She also uses sports nutrition to enhance performance. Her outside interests include soccer, ju-jitsu, working out, ball room and various other types of dancing, gourmet cooking, playing the violin and spending time with her husband.

Ben Norwood, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT

Ben joined the Steadman Hawkins Denver Clinic Sports Performance team in 2011. He is pursuing his Bachelor's Degree at Metro State College in Denver. Ben has spent 4 years as a personal trainer and sports performance coach. He was a Master Trainer in the 24 Hour Fitness system and spent one year as a SPARQ Team Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness as well. Ben trains a variety of people icluding those who are looking for injury prevention, explosive power, corrective exercises, trunk training, and all around sports performance. In his spare time Ben enjoys working out and spending time with his wife and five kids.

Masage Therapy

Anna Hall, L.M.T.

Anna Hall, a native of Colorado, provides massage therapy for the Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver. She has a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University and a license to practice massage through the Oregon and Colorado Board of Massage Therapists; as well as a National license. Anna has been in practice for five years; with initial training from Oregon School of Massage and concentration in sports specific, deep tissue and orthopedic training.  She has attended many strong continuing education classes such as KinesioTape, Sports Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, etc.  Her professional experiences include but not limited to working at the Prefontaine Classic and the 2008 USA Track and Field Olympic Trials both the 2010 USA Curling Olympic Trials and 2011 Women’s Curling World Championships.  On a more regular basis she works with numerous athletes as well as the general public.  Her goal of her practice is to help athletes achieve their optimal level of performance during and after training.  If you are not an athlete, her goal is to help maintain good physical health.  Her overall objective to what I do is simple, I want to help people feel and perform their best whether it is another day at work or the event of a lifetime.

Bunny Foxhoven, R.D.
Nutritionist
 
Bunny is a Registered Dietitian providing nutrition education to the Denver metro community for the past 17 years.  In her practice she engages in every aspect of human nutrition, including sports nutrition & athletic performance, Weight loss & maintenance, and disease prevention.  Bunny has been providing nutrition education and advice for the Steadman Hawkins Clientele for the past several years.  Her nutrition education programs focus on learning how to live a healthier life while incorporating the behavior modification & habit change, exercise, nutrition education, and emotional & mental awareness into the program. 
   
In addition she has published a book called “A Parents Guide to Sports Nutrition for Young Athletes.”  She has also given numerous lectures and seminars on Sports Nutrition as well as Nutrition for Overall Health.

Bunny is an avid road cyclist, mountain biker and loves running with her dog!  Bunny and her husband enjoy traveling around the world watching their two kids play soccer.

Dr. Shawn Caldwell, D.C.

Dr. Caldwell is not new to Steadman Hawkins, as team chiropractor for both the Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos; he has worked with Steadman-Hawkins doctors for over 9 years.  Dr. Caldwell has maintained a private practice in Wheat Ridge Colorado for 18 years, and along with professional sports teams, he works with the Colorado School of Mines and Daytona Prototype racing with Synergy racing. His patients are not limited to world class athletes; at his practice in Wheat Ridge he sees families, high school athletes, children, and geriatrics.
 
 Dr. Caldwell grew up in the Denver Metro area graduating form Pomona High School before attending Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado.  Dr. Caldwell graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta Georgia in 1987.  Dr. Caldwell and his wife Laura have four children, Davis, Jordan, Gunnar, and Brooke.
 
 
 
Dr. Katie Decker, D.C.

Dr. Decker is a Colorado Native. She grew up in Greenwood Village and attended Cherry Creek High School. She went on to play softball at Baylor University. After completing her undergraduate degree she stayed at Baylor to get her Masters Degree inn Health Promotion. Upon completion of her Masters Degree, she went on to Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. She was very involved at Cleveland with being the President of their chapters Student American Chiropractic Association and the Vice President of their Sports Council.
  
Dr. Decker is excited to combine her College Education and Chiropractic studies in providing her patients with the opportunity in achieving optimal health through the five dimensions of health: physical, mental, spiritual, intellectual and emotional.
 
She has her full body certification in Active Release Technique and thinks this is a vital component in keeping the musculoskeletal system in line. A.R.T. is a soft tissue system/movement that treats problems involving muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. It treats a variety of conditions, most of which are due to overuse. This overuse can be due to repetitive motions for a sport, job or due to posture. 
 
Being an avid athlete herself she enjoys helping athletes maintain or achieve their maximal performance level. This pertains to any athlete between the weekend warriors to professional athletes. She loves being back in Colorado after being gone for the past 10 years. She enjoys activities such as running, pure barre, yoga, skiing, hiking and golf.  
 
Dr. Decker is eager and excited to help you at whatever stage of health you are at! She wants to help you achieve wellness from within!
